At Joyful Moments Party Co., we believe beautiful celebrations shouldn't have to come with stress, clutter and high costs.  That's why we've created a better way to party - one that gives you everything you need to create a stunning celebration, without the hassle of buying, storing, or overcomplicating the process.  

We specialize in curated, ready-to-use party rentals designed for families who love a hands-on approach at a lower cost.  From tables and decor to fun extras that bring the experience together, we provide the pieces - you bring the celebration to life.

Because you shouldn't have to sacrifice style for convenience - and you definitely shouldn't have to store it all afterwards!

How It Works

Planning your celebration with Joyful Moments Party Co. is simple and stress-free:

1. Check Availability

Browse our calendar to see if your requested rental is available on your desired date. Anything that has been booked already will appear on the calendar on the Shop page - if it isn't on there then it is available!

2. Submit a Booking Request

Found your date? Submit a request via the form at the bottom of each page with the items you'd like to reserve.

3. Confirmation, Agreement & Deposit

We'll reach out within 24 hrs to confirm your booking. At that time, you'll review and sign your Rental Agreement and submit your security deposit at which point your date will be secured.

4. Pickup or Delivery

Pickup Rentals: Pickup your items from our designated location and enjoy them for 48 hours. Return them at the end of the 48 hours to the pickup location.

Delivery Rentals: Delivery items have up to a 24 hour rental period (additional fees apply).

5. Final Payment

Remaining balance is due 3 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

That's it - You create the moment and we provide everything you need!

Good To Know...

Pickup (Delivery & Setup if needed)

We've intentionally designed our pricing around pickup to keep things budget friendly for our clients. Clients may choose from two convenient pickup locations at the time of booking - either in Hoover or Downtown. Pickup location and detailed instructions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

At the same time, we understand that sometimes a little extra help goes a long way - so we're happy to offer delivery and setup as an added convenience when needed. Standard Delivery/Pickup fees are:

0 - 15 miles - $60 flat fee (no min. order amount)

16 - 30 miles - $90 flat fee (no min. order amount)

31 - 50 miles - $140 flat fee (no min. order amount)

50+ miles - Custom quote (based on mileage, fuel, etc)

*Stairs or long walks over 50 ft from parking additional fee 

All rentals are drop-off/pick-off only unless setup/breakdown are requested. Setup fees vary depending on level of complexity of the setup.

Payment & Deposits

We've ensured our booking process is simple and seamless. Your date is secured once your Rental agreement is signed and your security deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your scheduled pickup date or delivery. From there everything is ready for you to create a beautiful, stress-free celebration.  The security deposit is completely refundable upon 

 

​​Cancellations/Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change therefore we are happy to work with you to cancel your bookings with no penalty up to 14 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery date. Should you need to reschedule, we'll gladly check availability for a new date as long as you alert us at least 5 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery date.

For outdoor celebrations, we approach weather-related changes with flexibility and care, handling each situation individually to find the best possible outcome.​

Damages & Cleaning Policy

We've carefully curated each piece in our collection and we simply ask that items are treated with care. Should anything be returned with excessive wear, damage or missing components, applicable cleaning or replacement fees will apply. Fees vary based on item and condition.

 

Late Returns

To ensure each celebration is prepared with care, we ask that all rentals are returned at the scheduled time.

Late returns may result in additional fees or an added rental day. If you need a bit more time, we're always happy to discuss options in advance.

The Rental Agreement you will receive once confirming your booking will have additional information on these policies and more.
